Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are made-to-order and processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs processing).

Panamera Painting is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages
